Attorney Drechsel gets policy limits on Motorcycle Case

After heated negotiations, attorney Josh Drechsel of the Brumbelow Drechsel Law Group convinced an undisclosed carrier to tender its six figure policy limits. The case involved surgery, but both parties had also consumed alcohol earlier that evening creating a comparative negligence situation that would normally require litigation.

Relocation Complete

As of June 2, 2008 our offices have been sucessfully relocated to our new address at 8601 4th St. North #104 in St. Petersburg. While some finishing touches are being added to the suite, the firm can now begin scheduling mediations and depositions in the office again. Clients should contact our office prior to any scheduled events to make sure they have proper directions.

We are Moving!!!

As of Friday May 23, 2008, our offices will be moving to 8601 4th Street North #104, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The new space should provide enough room for us to add the additional staff we need to serve our client's better and is located on a main road that is easy to find.
